Our biscuits are made fresh everyday, throughout the day, with artisan flour, real butter and a few other special ingredients

ALL NATURAL CHICKEN

We only serve all natural, white meat chicken breast. It is fresh & never frozen.

FRESH ROASTED COFFEE

We drink a lot of coffee around here, so it has to be the best. We roast our own coffee and deliver the beans to your community store where they are ground fresh every day.

SAUSAGE AND SHIITAKE GRAVIES

Whether you choose the sausage gravy or the shiitake mushroom gravy, they are both house made from scratch with just a little kick. Pro tip: You can add either gravy to most anything on our menu!

HOUSE MADE JELLIES AND JAMS

The jams and jellies you enjoy today are all house made. We could buy process stuff much cheaper, but we believe you would taste the difference.

The pure, natural maple syrup you are about to enjoy comes straight from the trees at Bissell Family Farm, where the Bissell's have been making maple syrup since the late 1800's
